HydraMed ensures the highest level of quality and safety by partnering with 503A compounding pharmacies for HydraMed RX and 503B outsourcing facilities for HydraMed IV therapy products. These pharmacies meet stringent FDA compliance requirements, including regular inspections, and rigorously follow state and federal regulations. Many of our pharmacy partners go beyond standard requirements by achieving additional certifications, such as LegitScript Certification, National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) Accreditation, and PCAB Accreditation.
All compounded products are overseen by licensed pharmacists with specialized compounding training, tested for purity, potency, and efficacy, and certified by their respective state pharmacy boards before being delivered to patients.

Every HydraMed patient meets with a state-licensed medical provider, and all HydraMed employees, including medical staff and customer service teams, are trained in HIPAA compliance to protect patient privacy. These rigorous quality control measures guarantee the safest and highest-quality care for our patients.
All medications offered through HydraMed are held to the same strict FDA audit and quality controls as medications dispensed at any US pharmacy. Similar to your local pharmacy, some medications may originate from the US or other FDA-approved countries (this is common for certain generic drugs). However, all medications are dispensed and shipped from certified US-based pharmacies that meet rigorous manufacturing and approval standards.
These pharmacies are registered with and inspected by the FDA to ensure compliance with federal regulations. HydraMed is committed to the safety and quality of the products we offer, working exclusively with pharmacies that adhere to these high standards. The medications dispensed by our partner pharmacies are evaluated through the same approval processes as medications sold at major national pharmacies like Walgreens and CVS.
If you would like more information about where your products are manufactured or how they are dispensed, please feel free to contact our team. We are always happy to provide transparency and answer your questions.
HydraMed partners exclusively with US-based licensed pharmacies that are certified 503A compounding pharmacies. These pharmacies adhere to strict FDA compliance requirements, including regular inspections of their facilities and products, while following all state and federal regulations.
Our pharmacy partners undergo rigorous quality assurance testing, sourcing medications from FDA-approved distributors, and ensuring all compounded products meet the highest safety and quality standards. Each pharmacy complies with its state board of pharmacy requirements and provides a valid Certificate of Analysis (COA) for all compounded medications. Many of our partner pharmacies go above and beyond by voluntarily achieving additional certifications and accreditations, such as LegitScript Certification, National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) Accreditation, and PCAB Accreditation.
All compounding is overseen by licensed pharmacists with specialized training in compounding to ensure that every product meets precise standards for efficacy and safety.
As a HydraMed patient, you have the right to consult with a pharmacist regarding any concerns, complaints, or possible adverse events involving your medication.*

No, HydraMed offers a completely online experience designed to be both convenient and affordable.
All prescription requests are carefully reviewed by a US-licensed medical provider to determine if the treatment is appropriate for your individual medical history. Some states require a synchronous consultation, meaning you’ll need to speak with a medical provider in real time via phone or video. If this applies to your state, one of our licensed providers will complete the consultation with you before determining whether a prescription is suitable.
In states that allow for an asynchronous consultation, the process can be completed without the need for a phone or video call, allowing you to correspond with your provider through secure online messaging.
We require your ID and selfie to verify your age and identity to comply with applicable regulations. Any personal information you provide is securely stored on a HIPAA-compliant server to ensure your privacy and data security.
If you are not comfortable submitting your ID or selfie online, please email us at email us, and we can arrange alternative methods for ID verification, such as a quick video conference with a staff member.
Compounding pharmacies specialize in creating medications that are customized to fit individual patient needs, unlike regular retail pharmacies that only dispense mass-produced, commercially available medications. Our partner pharmacies are 503A certified, meaning all compounded medications are prepared under the supervision of licensed pharmacists with advanced training in compounding.
These pharmacies strictly follow state board regulations and FDA guidelines, ensuring that every product meets the highest safety and quality standards. Compounded medications are made in FDA-registered facilities, undergo rigorous quality control testing, and include a Certificate of Analysis (COA) to verify their purity and potency.
Some medications offered by HydraMed, like NAD+, are only available through compounding because they require a personalized formulation. For medications that do not need compounding, such as Metformin, our pharmacies source them from the same FDA-approved manufacturers and distributors as major retail chains like Walgreens and CVS.
Many compounding pharmacies also function as traditional retail pharmacies, offering both custom formulations and ready-made medications. By partnering with licensed 503A compounding pharmacies, HydraMed ensures that every medication you receive is tailored to your needs, safe, and of the highest quality.
Absolutely! HydraMed ensures that every patient has continuous access to their provider and dedicated customer support team. We provide regular check-ins to help track your progress and offer personalized assistance through convenient communication channels, including email, phone, and your secure patient portal.
We are committed to responding to every message—whether you’re a current patient or just seeking information—to ensure you have everything you need to make informed decisions about your care. Our team is also fully trained in HIPAA-compliant practices to protect your privacy at all times.
